Badshah held liable for buying crores of fake views

The famous rapper Badshah in an interview confessed that he deliberately bought fake views for one of his music album. The mumbai police questioned him for 9 hours on this act of his.

Badshah paid rupees 72 lakh for buying around 7.2 crore views. His song “larki pagal hai” which broke the world record was the song was the reason he did this. Badshah wanted to make the song a world record within 24 hours. For which he decided to buy views.

The music video for Pagal Hai has watched over 75 million times in the first day of its release. It beated previous records set by Taylor Swift and the Korean boy band BTS.

This famous rapper denied all the allegations put on him by mumbai police. The polices asked him if he is in connection to a racket that sells fake followers and views to social media influencers. He has denied any wrongdoing.

Here what Badshah has to say in his defense: “Following the summons, I have spoken to the Mumbai Police. I have aided the officials in their investigation by cooperating and carrying out the due diligence on my part. I have denied all the allegations levelled against me and made it clear that I was never involved in such practices, nor do I condone them,” he said in a statement. “The investigation procedure is being executed in accordance with the law and I have complete faith in the authorities, who are handling this matter. I’d like to thank all those who have conveyed their concern to me. It means a lot to me.”

The CIU started probing the racket after Bollywood singer Bhumi Trivedi found that somebody had created her fake profile on social media and complained to the police.
